You can withdraw or dismiss quotes at any time, leave feedback, and allow for other tradies to quote. Tradies are encouraged to keep their availability accurate through our Fair Use guidelines.

Withdrawn quotes show the tradie’s reason and their quote can no longer be accepted. then the job reopens so other verified tradies can quote on your job.

Yes. If the assigned tradie goes silent you can reopen the job from your job page. The accepted quote is cancelled, other tradies see it as reopened, and they can send a refreshed quote without hunting for your job again.

Yes. Eligible plans let you pause unused days if your workload is too much or your going on holiday, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your remaining days.

An active subscription is required to post a question. You can keep one question open per job; once answered you can ask another if needed. Jobs also limit the total unanswered questions so no one overwhelms the homeowner.

Support staff track open jobs and if the homeowner has not responded to questions or quotes after a extended period of time, a friendly reminder is sent, or you may withdraw your quote if the job has stalled. Withdrawals include a message so homeowners know the reason why.

Each plan includes a fair withdrawal allowance, with exceptions when you become unavailable. You can also send a corrected quote if you withdrew to adjust scope or pricing, while keeping homeowners informed. Withdrawls due to availablity will prevent that tradie from quoting again.

If a homeowner reopens because the assigned tradie went quiet, your old quote will not block your cap. A “Reopened jobs” card on your dashboard shows these opportunities and lets you send one refreshed quote—even if you are at your plan limit.
